A call to every woman who wants to be free.

Wildheart is the women's branch of Hearth, a year-round circle and the sister to Hearts on Fire. It teaches women to come back into their bodies and let what is inside move out: in movement, voice, pleasure, play and presence. It is a place to take up space without apology.

Wildheart is for women 25 to 55 who look capable from the outside and feel contained, tired or quietly disconnected from their own bodies and desires.

Wildheart is practice and community, not therapy or crisis care. Every host has a written referral route for a woman who needs more than the circle can give.
