Host

Train to co-lead or start a circle.

Wildheart grows by adding circles, not by making any one circle bigger. A trained host, a shared rhythm and the same twelve modules make every circle feel like one.

For leaders

Start or adapt a circle

  1. 01

    Start new

For a member ready to host where no circle exists. You complete host training, open a circle and run the current module.

  2. 02

    Adopt

For a woman with an existing women's group. You bring the group in as a circle and take on the rhythm and the year.

  3. 03

    Borrow

For a leader who wants the tools only. You use the open five-beat rhythm. The twelve modules stay inside the Space.

What a host receives

  • The five-beat rhythm and a run sheet for a 90-minute Circle Night.
  • The twelve modules, each with two meeting plans and a host note.
  • The agreements, the consent and safety guidance and the referral route.
  • A circle of your own in the Space, with events, members and a calendar.
  • Host training, with trauma-informed facilitation.
  • A seat in the hosts' own circle, for support and supervision.

What a circle agrees to

  • Run the five-beat rhythm and keep the agreements.
  • Have every member complete the Foundation.
  • Follow the current module, so all circles are in the same sign at the same time.
  • Take part in the festivals, the moons and the retreat.

Growth rule

At twelve women, a circle seeds a second circle.

A trained host takes the new one. Ask about host training at any Circle Night.
