Wildheart is practice and community, not therapy or crisis care. Hosts train in trauma-informed facilitation and hold a written referral route for a woman who needs more than the circle can give. Sensuality, in this program, means aliveness through the senses: never sexual activity, never touch without opt-in, never performance.
